Guidelines for Slide Based/Oral Presentations
All oral presentations will be given 8 minutes for the presentation and 2
minutes for questions and answers.

Font: Use a clean, legible font like Arial or Calibri, preferably in size 24 or above. Avoid using all capital letters.

Graphics: They should clarify ideas, emphasize key points, show relationships, and provide visual information. Ensure they are clear and simple.

Text: Keep text minimal with five to eight lines per frame and five to seven words per line. Use a consistent font size across frames.

Titles: Each slide should have a title, and the title of any data slide should be the conclusion from the presented material.

Color Scheme: Keep it consistent throughout the presentation. Avoid intensely bright or saturated colors.

Time: Stick to the allotted time for the presentation and Q&A session
Instructions for Poster Presentation
1. Poster Size and Orientation: The poster should measure 4 feet in height and 3 feet in width and be oriented in portrait format.
2. Layout and Content:
Header: The title, authors, and institutional affiliations should be prominently displayed across the top, with a font size ranging between 1 and 2 inches.
3. Main Sections: Background Aims and Objectives Methods, Results, Conclusions, References and Acknowledgement
4. Text Formatting: The title should be highlighted using bold type face. Ensure that all text is large enough to be comfortably read from a distance of 2 meters.
5. Visual Elements: Limit text volume and use figures, drawings, and photos to enhance visual interest and information clarity.
6. Color Usage: Employ colors to make the poster more effective and visually appealing.
7. Additional Details: Disclosure of any conflicts of interest.
8. Presenter Contact Information: Optionally, add a photo of the presenter and a WhatsApp QR code at the lower right corner for easy contact.
