The whole procedure for registration will be done online through the web portal appi.org.in. It can be completed in one sitting or in parts over period of time. The registration process consists of following steps:

1. Delegates’ Information​

   • (Please note that the information you provide here will be used for all official purposes including certificates, badges and in delegates' list.)​

     • Name​

     • Designation (Mr/Ms/Mrs/Dr/professor/Other)

     • Gender

     • Organization

     • Contact Information (Country, Pin code, Street Address, Email ID and Phone number)

2. Choosing a Category of Registration

   • The registration fee is based on time of registration, category of delegate and components of the Conference being availed. Late registration and Spot registration escalates the cost as the logistics of arrangement becomes expensive on short notice.

   • Choosing a category of registration (Non-member/Member/Postgraduate student/Undergraduate Student)

   • In case category is Postgraduate Student/Undergraduate Student

   • Information of the forwarding Faculty

   • Choosing Banquet Dinner​

   • Choosing an Accompanying Person

3. Verification of details and Payment

   • After verification of the information, the payment is required to be made through payment gateway

4. Confirmation of Payment and Transaction Details

   • Once the payment is confirmed, a delegate registration form with QR code will be generated and a copy of the same will be sent to the email id provided at the time of registration.​
